Job summary

H&S Loss Control Inspections, Inc. seeks qualified inspectors to perform commercial property loss control inspections as independent contractors.

You will receive assignments electronically, schedule visits with insured parties, and inspect buildings for hazards, systems, and life safety. You will document findings with photos and narratives using Loss Control 360 and Rapid Sketch, then submit reports online.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial loss control inspections.
• Understanding of commercial property, liability, and workers’ compensation lines.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable completing reports online and uploading documents.

Responsibilities

• Receive assignments electronically and review inspection requirements.
• Schedule inspection appointments with insured by phone, email or text.
• Inspect property for hazards and utility/building systems; take 20–35 photos.
• Interview insured for operations information and building ages.
• Communicate inspection status via online application.
• Complete the inspection report in Loss Control 360 with Rapid Sketch and return electronically.
