Qualifications

• Qualified to work in the USA with direct experience in commercial loss control inspections.
• Experience or training in commercial property and casualty lines.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Willingness to travel approximately a 50-mile radius.
• Comfort with online reporting and document uploads.

Responsibilities

• Receive assignments electronically and review inspection requirements.
• Schedule inspection with insured by phone, email, or text.
• Inspect property for hazards and systems, take 20–35 photos.
• Interview insured for operations information.
• Submit inspection report via Loss Control 360 and Rapid Sketch.
