Role Responsibilities

The Mobile Leasing Agent is responsible for finding prospects and guiding them through the leasing process—from initial contact to scheduling tours and completing lease/application paperwork. This role involves understanding each prospect’s needs through frequent follow-up via phone, text, email, and social media. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with people, collaborates well with teammates, and is friendly and cheerful, making a positive difference in people's lives.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and travel up to 50%
• Smartphone technology required
• Experience with OneSite, Knock, and Yieldstar is a plus
