Job description

Remedy Intelligent Staffing is looking for Leasing Agents in the Downtown Area of San Antonio, TX for IMMEDIATE HIRE!

Pay Rate: $21.60

Leasing Agent Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, Saturday 9am-2pm

Leasing Agent Responsibilities:

1. Address client needs, eligibility, in compliance with Fair Housing Laws and Resident Selection Plan.
2. Tour apartments with clients; discuss all benefits of the apartment community and each apartment shown.
3. Explain to prospects, in detail, the application procedures and lease contracts.
4. Ensure applications are processed in a timely manner through the property-supported database.
5. Type leases, and enter leasing and traffic information on logs.
6. Prepare weekly, monthly, and/or special reports as designated by the Assistant Community Manager or Community Manager.
7. Receive deposit and rent payments per the accounting procedures and Beacon Communities SOP, including the type of funds accepted, providing receipts, and recording appropriately.
8. Welcome new residents and assist as necessary to ensure an enjoyable move-in process.
9. Process resident transfers.
10. Adhere to all policies and procedures.
