About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
• Assist in the application process, including screening applicants and processing paperwork.
• Maintain and update property listings on various platforms.
• Respond to inquiries from potential tenants in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention..
• Stay informed about local market trends and rental rates to provide accurate information.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Real Estate License
• Previous experience in leasing, real estate sales, and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in Google Suite and experience with property management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when needed.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
