Position Purpose

Our Leasing Agents are vital in building communities — from discovering prospects’ needs and matching them with homes, to nurturing resident experiences and supporting property needs. Every day offers an opportunity to meet new people and turn them into loyal customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Work fully remote.
• Serve as the first contact point for prospective residents.
• Answer questions, qualify prospects, and highlight property features.
• Manage leasing and application processes for new residents.
• Quickly assess customer needs, create urgency, and encourage applications.
• Build and foster relationships with customers, using a friendly personality and conflict resolution skills.
• Utilize strong administrative and computer skills to manage lease files, update paperwork, and handle marketing tasks.
• Become knowledgeable about the community, local schools, employers, and amenities.

Job Requirements (including Education)

• State Real Estate License required.
• BA or Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Experience with new homes and lead conversion preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage in-office presentations.
• Creative thinking skills.
• Valid driver’s license; occasional travel possible.
• Ability to be active and lift up to 50 lbs.
