Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IT experience in a multi-unit hospitality or retail environment.
• Deep experience with Toast hardware (Flex, Go, KDS).
• Strong grasp of networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and uptime of on-site IT systems.
• Lead physical tech setup for new store launches.
• Resolve critical hardware or connectivity issues.

Skills

Hands-on IT experience in hospitality or retail environment

Experience with Toast hardware

Strong grasp of cloud-managed networking stacks

Effective communication skills

Education

Certifications like CompTIA Network+, A+, CCNA
