Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an IT Systems Generalist to deliver Tier 2+ technical support, manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure, and drive IT projects from planning to implementation. Experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is valued.

The role supports Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, Entra ID, and involves administering Windows Server and endpoint imaging tools. Regular cross-site coordination with vendors and internal teams is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an IT support role at Tier 2 or higher
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration: SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune
• Experience with Windows OS and Windows Server 2019+
• Experience with Endpoint imaging tools (Autopilot, Macrium Reflect, Clonezilla)
• Familiarity with using remote support/management tools (LogMeIn, Intune, NCR Command Center)

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2+ helpdesk and desktop support for hardware, software, and connectivity across locations
• Manage escalated tickets with focus on first-call resolution and user satisfaction
• Administer and monitor Microsoft 365 services and Entra ID policies
• Support NCR Command Center for remote POS management and hospitality systems
• Lead IT projects from planning through implementation and documentation
