Job summary

The Jackson Clinics Physical Therapy, a Northern Virginia-based outpatient practice, seeks an IT Support Specialist I to deliver frontline technical support across multiple clinics. You will manage Microsoft 365 services, assist with devices, and support network issues while traveling to different locations.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, ready to grow their IT career, and able to commute between clinic locations frequently. Part-time hourly role with travel required.

Qualifications

• Requires CompTIA A+ certification and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 operating systems and hardware basics.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation; ability to travel between clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to clinic staff and corporate users via phone, email, remote tools, and in person.
• Set up, modify, and manage user accounts, licenses, and access controls within Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, maintain, and update Windows OS, business apps, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Travel between clinic locations to provide onsite support and installations.
