Job summary

Bachelor-level degree or equivalent experience.
Strong Windows expertise; Mac/iOS experience preferred.
2+ years progressive IT support experience in MIS.
Excellent interpersonal skills; support for executive level users.
Experience with AD/Exchange and Windows Server environments.
Knowledge of Cisco VOIP and Call Manager is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide high-urgency IT support for Mac/PC end users at multiple Houston offices.
Install, configure, and upgrade OS and software; support hardware and printers.
Maintain help desk functionality and escalate as needed.
Assist with network setup and hardware/software acquisitions.
