Job summary

Naven Health seeks an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion sites under supervision. You will follow a physician's plan of care to ensure patient safety and continuity of treatment.

Responsibilities include documenting care in real-time, educating patients and families, coordinating with the Clinical team, and assisting with discharge planning while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 0–2 years of infusion nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification (in-person class) as required by policy.
• Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle for business travel.
• Basic computer skills and ability to document care electronically.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and provides basic nursing care in home or alternate infusion sites.
• Evaluates patient progress and adjusts plan of care with physician orders.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families/caregivers.
• Documents care in real-time and communicates with the Clinical team.
• Coordinates discharge planning and provides patient instructions post-visit.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and adheres to safety protocols.
