Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion sites, ensuring safety and compliance under a physician’s plan of care. The nurse works under close supervision of the designated supervisor.

Responsibilities include initiating nursing plans, assessing patients at each visit, educating patients and families, and maintaining timely clinical documentation for billing and care continuity.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• 0-2 years of infusion nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class per policy).

Responsabilités

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments and evaluates patient progress.
• Assesses patient needs and status at visits and reviews physician orders.
• Provides patient and family education to achieve independence with prescribed therapy.
• Documents care in real-time and communicates with the clinical team for continuity of care.
