Job summary

Polymarket is seeking a Mobile Infrastructure Engineer to own the mobile release pipeline, CI, test infra, stability, and observability for a high-traffic trading product. You will also help build our AI layer and tooling to enable AI-enabled features within the mobile stack.

This generalist role focuses on releasing across iOS and Android, maintaining the toolchain, fixing crash clusters, and ensuring reliability at scale for a fast-growing fintech platform.

Qualifications

• Broad mobile infrastructure experience on consumer-scale products.
• Hands-on release tooling experience: crash monitoring, feature flags, and release automation.
• Experience applying AI to engineering work and developer workflows.
• Measurement-driven approach: budgets, metrics, and data-backed improvements.
• Willingness to fix issues in app code when tooling surfaces problems.
• Generalist mindset: tooling ownership across release, CI, quality, observability, and AI.
• Nice to have: familiarity with real-time data apps or trading/mobile fintech products.

Responsibilities

• Own release tooling across iOS and Android, including builds, code signing, store submission, rollout strategies and post-release checks.
• Build and maintain CI infrastructure with budgets, flaky-test detection, gates, and device/simulator pools.
• Create regression gates and automated coverage to target crash-free performance and fix crash clusters in the app.
• Run and improve the observability stack and alerting to surface issues before users notice.
• Embed AI into the mobile toolchain: evaluation harnesses and AI-driven developer workflows.
• Measure outcomes with data and report improvements over time.
