Job summary

True Markets seeks a Mobile Engineer to own the iOS and Android apps end to end. You’ll work in Swift/SwiftUI and Kotlin/Compose in a single repository, delivering rapid release cadences for trading surfaces, onboarding, wallets, and passkey authentication.

You’ll own releases, integrate with backend, instrument analytics, and maintain CI/CD pipelines. If you excel in a fast-paced fintech environment focused on performance, security, and a superior mobile UX, this is for you.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Swift/SwiftUI and Kotlin/Compose; both codebases in scope.
• End-to-end release experience: signing, provisioning, submission, and store review.
• Experience with real-time data on mobile and WebSocket connections.
• AI-native tooling (Claude Code or similar) as a daily capability.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features across iOS and Android native codebases with parity.
• Own the release process: version cuts, internal builds, store submission, and post-release monitoring.
• Own trading surfaces: order entry, quotes, positions, and P&L display.
• Maintain authentication and onboarding, including passkey and wallet/session management.
• Instrument the app: analytics events, feature flags, crash monitoring.
• Maintain mobile CI/CD: GitHub Actions and macOS runners.
• Triage bugs and lead weekly UI reviews.
• Define API contracts with backend engineers and resolve interface behavior with design.
