H.T. Prof Executive Search is assisting a family-owned, mobile-industrial hardware business in Lebanon, TN to recruit a Territory Manager who will bring industrial hardware directly to customers via a mobile store within a defined geographic territory.

The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and presenting solutions using sample boards and on-site demos. Residency in the territory is required; relocation is not offered.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong tenured background required; ideal candidate has a maximum of 3 companies in the past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications expected.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers; face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit complete daily reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data integrity: maintain customer contact information in company software.
