Genesis, a third‑generation, family‑owned provider of industrial hardware, seeks a Territory Manager to run a fully stocked mobile store across a defined Utah territory. This role emphasizes cold‑calling, prospecting, and direct customer engagement in transportation, aviation, facilities maintenance, and other sectors.

You will prospect and sell, present solutions via demos and sample boards, manage mobile store operations, and maintain accurate daily reports.

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
Strong tenured background; maximum of 3 companies in 10 years.
Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business apps.
Ability to work independently and meet goals.

Responsabilités

Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face‑to‑face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
Data Integrity: Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
