Job summary

Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. seeks a Territory Manager to drive growth across a defined Utah territory, operating a mobile store to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers in sectors like transportation, aerospace, and manufacturing.

You will cold-call new prospects, present solutions, and manage daily reports. Candidates must reside in the territory, be able to finance a mobile store vehicle, maintain a clean driving history, and demonstrate independence with a proven track record of

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
Strong tenured background; max 3 companies in past 10 years.
Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

Prospect and sell by researching, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face‑to‑face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
Continually maintain customer contact information—inclusive of notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
