Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales across a defined geographic territory, delivering industrial hardware directly to customers via a mobile store. You will prospect and cold-call, present solutions with sample boards and demos, and manage daily operations while maintaining accurate customer records in company software.

Residence within the territory is required; relocation is not available, and you must maintain a clean driving history to support our mobile-store

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
Strong tenured background; ideally no more than 3 companies in the last 10 years.
Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business apps.

Responsibilities

Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calls on businesses near existing customers; make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
Present solutions: demonstrate products/services using sample boards and your mobile store.
Manage operations: keep mobile store clean, functional, and report sales/orders daily.
Data integrity: maintain accurate customer contact information in company software.
