Job summary

Connectly Recruiting seeks a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory, using cold-calling and prospecting to grow the customer base with a mobile store approach.

The role requires residency in the territory, ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, a clean driving record, and independence to achieve sales goals. Prior route/industrial sales and stability are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated tenure with no job hopping; up to 3 companies in 10 years.
• Analytical, reasoning and organizational skills required.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email and common business apps.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects near existing customers and make face-to-face calls.
• Present solutions: use sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep mobile store clean, functional, and report sales daily.
• Data integrity: maintain customer info in company software.
