Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store delivering industrial hardware directly to customers in a defined geographic territory. The role emphasizes prospecting, cold-calling, and building relationships with businesses across multiple sectors; you will present products via the mobile store and ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate will reside within the territory, have a clean driving history, and possess the physical ability to handle

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
Must have a strong tenured background with minimal job hopping (max 3 companies in past 10 years).
Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.

Responsibilities

Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers; make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
Present solutions: demonstrate products using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
Manage operations: maintain cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily reports detailing sales/orders and prospect calls.
Data integrity: maintain customer contact information, including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses, in company software.
