Job summary

Workforce Recruiter seeks a Territory Manager to drive mobile-store sales of industrial hardware across a defined geographic region. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and hands-on product demonstrations using a fully stocked mobile store.

You will manage daily operations, maintain data integrity in our systems, and pursue growth while meeting the company’s sales targets in the Peoria, Illinois area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Tenured background with max 3 employers in 10 years.
• Must be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle; valid driving record and ability to kneel/bend for routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new sales leads near existing customers and making face-to-face calls.
• Present products and services using sample boards, demos, and the mobile store.
• Manage daily operations of the mobile store, including cleanliness and reporting.
• Maintain accurate customer contact information in company software.
