Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC seeks a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store and drive sales across a defined Wisconsin territory. You will prospect, present solutions, and maintain the store while delivering daily sales reports.

The role requires residency in the territory, the ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and a clean driving history. Independent work and goal attainment are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, preferred.
• Strong job stability; ideally a maximum of 3 companies in the past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by researching, referrals, and calling on businesses nearby. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
