Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions in Texas is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver mobile hardware directly to customers within a defined territory. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, conduct face-to-face calls, and build new sales prospects through cold-calling and referrals.

You must reside in the territory (McAllen area) and be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle; maintain a clean driving history; be physically able to kneel and bend.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, preferred.
• Strong tenured background; maximum of 3 employers over the past 10 years.
• Proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects near existing customers and make face-to-face calls.
• Present solutions using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep the mobile store clean, functional, and report daily sales activity.
• Data integrity: maintain customer contact information in company software.
