FORCE America, Inc., based in Savage, MN, seeks a Mobile Hydraulics Customer Solutions Advisor to serve as the go-to expert for quotes and pricing. This on-site role coordinates with Outside Sales, enters sales orders in the ERP, and ensures timely updates while maintaining target margins.

You will handle inquiries, process components and sub-assemblies, provide admin support, and back up Inside Sales as needed. Strong communication and Excel/ERP proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Persuasive, professional communicator—especially over the phone—with strong writing skills.
• Driven by urgency; skilled at prioritizing competing demands.
• Patient, detail-focused approach in fast-moving situations.
• Comfort with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and the FORCE America ERP.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing, availability, and order status updates for a defined customer set.
• Triage overflow inquiries on common product lines and resolve escalations on open orders.
• Enter components and sub-assemblies for sales orders and quotations.
• Provide administrative support: email and fax correspondence; issue return authorizations.
• Negotiate and quote to sustain at least the minimum profit margin.
• Run prompt pricing/availability checks for components.
• Back up Inside Sales II/III and collaborate with Outside Sales on research, small projects, and pricing.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales to meet service commitments for dedicated accounts.

You confirm availability, enter the quote in our ERP, and coordinate with an Outside Sales partner on next steps—without missing a beat. Your mission

Serve customers with speed and accuracy, safeguard margins, and knit together technical guidance with dependable service.
