Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Traveling HVAC Maintenance Technician II to perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across multifamily properties. This onsite role includes light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC work, with a focus on resident satisfaction and property safety.

You will respond to work orders, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with Maintenance and Property Management teams to prevent minor issues from becoming major repairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• At least 1+ year of HVAC maintenance and repair experience required.
• HVAC certification preferred; EPA certification Type I and II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related work.
• Respond to work orders promptly and proactively identify maintenance issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities such as pools and clubhouses.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents in their homes and throughout the community.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working and living environment.
• Assist with general property upkeep and support team members as needed.
