Job summary

CBRE seeks a Mobile HVAC Technician to perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems across multiple sites. You will diagnose issues, implement repairs, and coordinate with facilities teams to ensure uptime and safety compliance.

Applicants should have HVAC certification or apprenticeship, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. Travel to various client sites and outside hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or apprenticeship preferred.
• Proven experience servicing commercial HVAC systems.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues; implement timely solutions.
• Conduct system upgrades, installations, and replacements as needed.
• Collaborate with facilities management and subcontractors to coordinate activities and safety compliance.
• Document work orders, equipment readings, and inventory in maintenance systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
