Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across HVAC, electrical, and related systems on-site at Fort Worth, TX. The role requires multi‑skill capabilities and strong safety adherence.

Key duties include preventive and repair work orders, inspections, and assisting Facility Management during emergencies. Must hold relevant certifications and be available for call-ins; on-site work and driving are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of college or related trade schooling.
• Four years’ experience in the electrician or HVAC/refrigeration field.
• Must be available for call-in work and perform other duties as required.
• Licenses as required by authority having jurisdiction.
• HVAC universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Keep HVAC systems and related equipment in optimal condition.
• Record readings and adjust operations for proper performance.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Support Facility Management during emergencies and safety incidents.
• Perform safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
