Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade schooling or college preferred.
• Minimum four years’ experience in electrician or HVAC trade or related field.
• Ability to operate and maintain facility systems and to read technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Operate, repair and monitor HVAC equipment and electrical distribution within assigned buildings.
• Coordinate with contractors, document readings, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries and support the Facility Management team in emergencies.
