Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Technician to support a portfolio of retail locations, ensuring HVAC and mechanical systems operate reliably to support store operations and brand standards.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, and related systems across multiple sites. The role includes use of a company vehicle and tools, starting your day from home, and coordinating with operations teams to minimize disruption.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or trade school with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Reliable transportation and readiness for field service.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials; track completion.
• Support energy management to ensure efficient operation of systems.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members to convey information.
