Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Services is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to perform maintenance across multiple properties and client sites in the Boston area. The role requires travel to various locations for diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

The position is full-time and on-site, with on-call availability for emergencies. A valid driver’s license, EPA/CFC certification, and 3+ years of relevant experience are

Qualifications

• The candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and HVAC experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• EPA/CFC Universal & 410A Certification is required and state licensure as/if needed.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams, with documentation in CMMS.
• Excellent communication and safety-conscious work practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment and systems.
• Diagnose issues and repair or replace defective components.
• Assist with installation, calibration, and maintenance of controls and automation.
• Respond to emergencies and maintenance requests promptly and document work.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and travel between locations in company vehicle.
• Track work orders, reconcile parts, and manage inventory.
