Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support hospitals, financial institutions, and retail sites in Framingham and surrounding areas.

This role involves on-site preventive maintenance, repairs, and documenting work in a CMMS, with a focus on fast, reliable fixes. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience, a valid driver's license, EPA Universal Certification, and the physical ability to handle demanding tasks.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of job-related HVAC/R experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• EPA Universal Certification with minimum 3 years experience with refrigerant.
• Must meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CMMS.
• Strong math skills for financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain HVAC equipment per guidelines and codes.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including electrical and plumbing components.
• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance and document work in CMMS.
• Operate company vehicle for daily tasks.
• Share HVAC expertise and mentor team to improve performance.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and clients to ensure quality results.
