Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical experience in building engineering including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and equipment maintenance.
• Universal EPA Certification.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Experience troubleshooting commercial refrigeration systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain commercial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems in assigned facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal system performance.
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including fixtures, roofing, lighting, and walls.
• Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to document work performed and update work order statuses in real time.
• Support multiple clients by troubleshooting and repairing facility equipment, ensuring energy efficiency and safety standards are met.

Our client, a leader in commercial building services, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician , you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting multiple clients across various locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude that will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Springfield, VA

Pay Range: $34 - $37 per hour

What's the Job?

• Operate, inspect, and maintain commercial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems in assigned facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal system performance.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance.
• Universal EPA Certification
• Valid state driver’s license is mandatory.
• Experience troubleshooting commercial refrigeration systems is preferred.
