Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join our facilities maintenance team, supporting multiple commercial sites in Knoxville. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in HVAC/R systems.

You will operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and update work orders using Corrigo CMMS. Requires EPA/CFC certification, 4 years' experience, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of building engineering or facilities maintenance experience with a strong commercial HVAC/R background.
• Universal EPA/CFC certification or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
• Hands-on experience with commercial HVAC/R, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• High school diploma or GED and a valid state driver's license.
• Ability to travel between assigned sites and be available for on-call work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems and associated equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain commercial refrigeration systems and HVAC equipment ranging from 5-50 tons.
• Perform facility inspections and identify conditions that may impact building operations or client occupancy.
• Update work orders in real time and document completed maintenance using CMMS systems such as Corrigo.
