ManpowerGroup seeks a Mobile HVAC Technician in Nashville, TN, onsite with travel within the Nashville area (up to 2 hours away, mostly within an hour). You will operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and related facility equipment across multiple sites.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 2–4 years of experience with commercial systems, EPA 608 Type II Certification (Universal preferred), and a valid driver’s license. Travel and safety-compliant work are essential.

Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Support Department supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Nashville, TN (onsite, travel required within the Nashville area, up to 2 hours away but mostly within an hour radius)

Pay Range: $32 to $35 per hour
