Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical experience in building engineering including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and equipment maintenance.
• Universal EPA Certification.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Experience troubleshooting commercial refrigeration systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain commercial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems in assigned facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal system performance.
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including fixtures, roofing, lighting, and walls.
• Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to document work performed and update work order statuses in real time.
• Support multiple clients by troubleshooting and repairing facility equipment, ensuring energy efficiency and safety standards are met.
