Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician in Tallahassee, FL to join the Facilities Maintenance team and support multiple commercial facilities. The role involves operating, maintaining, and repairing HVAC and related systems across client sites, with travel between facilities as needed.

Requirements include 5–7 years of HVAC/building maintenance experience, EPA Universal certification, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HVAC and building maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal certification.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and handyman skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and other commercial building systems across multiple customer facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, structural, fire/life safety, and control systems.
• Clean, inspect, calibrate, and replace parts to maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment at optimal performance levels.
• Travel between multiple customer facilities to perform scheduled maintenance, service, and repairs.
• Record equipment readings, identify problems or safety hazards, and make necessary adjustments or corrective repairs.
