Job summary

JLL in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and related systems across assigned facilities. You will focus on safe, energy-efficient operation and proactive repairs to minimize downtime.

The role requires hands-on expertise in HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment with strong CMMS usage, record-keeping, and willingness to perform call-in duties as needed. On-site work with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Universal CFC recovery certification or within 90 days of employment.
• 4+ years of building engineering tech experience, HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, equipment repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on mechanical, electrical, and other systems.
• Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems and related equipment.
• Inspect and document conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.
• Update work order status in real time and maintain records.
• Submit P-card receipts daily and follow CMMS processes.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and be available for call-in work.
