Job summary
Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing and production equipment across assigned facilities. You will prioritise energy efficiency, minimise downtime and document past operating experiences.
The role requires multi-skilled capability and strong problem solving in HVAC/R systems. Responsibilities include preventive/repair work orders, performance of site inspections, real-time status updates, and working with
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Universal CFC recovery certification is required (or within 90 days).
- 4+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing experience.
- Experience with commercial refrigeration is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and repair work orders on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Maintain and repair HVAC/R systems and related equipment and plumbing.
- Familiarize with equipment and proper usage for daily tasks.
- Conduct facility inspections and document conditions affecting occupancy.
- Update work order status in real time and process P-card receipts.
