Job summary

You will provide preventive maintenance, repairs, and support to ensure reliable building operations and safety standards are met. The role requires 4–5 years of relevant experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 4–5 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment and electrical systems in compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine corrective actions for HVAC systems and related distribution plumbing.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance and maintain service records as required.
• Operate company vehicles as needed to carry out daily tasks.
• Coach others and share HVAC knowledge with the team and related disciplines.
