Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Meet physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and ability to lift/carry heavy loads up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to take a new perspective and apply innovative thinking to your work
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with ability to analyze and solve mildly complex problems
• Sophisticated math skills for percentages, fractions, and financial calculations
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Impact a range of customer, operation, project, or service activities within your team and other related teams.
• Conduct inspections and ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best actions for modifications to maintain HVAC systems and related electrical and plumbing.
• Perform repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance, and complete maintenance records as required.
• Operate company-issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to accomplish complex tasks and solve non-routine problems.
• Coach others and share knowledge of HVAC systems and related disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values to build consensus and reach agreements.
• Impact the quality of work and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Explain complex information clearly to teammates and clients.
