Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment according to codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot failures and determine corrective actions for HVAC and related systems.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance; complete maintenance records.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily duties.
• Apply standard principles to solve complex tasks and non-routine problems.
• Coach others and share knowledge across HVAC disciplines.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Ensure work quality meets high standards and is efficient.
• Explain technical information clearly to team and clients.
