Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Eugene, OR seeks a HVAC Mobile Engineer to maintain and service commercial HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems across multiple sites. This day-shift role (Mon-Fri) covers 12-15 facilities, with a company van and tools provided, and requires a valid driver's license.

You will diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate vendors to ensure safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of job-related experience preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma.
• Experience with building HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain HVAC equipment to meet code and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine corrective actions.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Respond to service calls and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Coordinate vendors and ensure building safety and compliance.
