Job summary

CBRE is seeking an HVAC Mobile Engineer to service commercial HVAC systems across multiple facilities in the Longview and East Texas area. The role includes preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment installation with a company van and tools provided.

You will need strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical skills, a valid driver's license, and Universal EPA certification. This is a day shift, Monday–Friday position in a healthcare sector setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions and apply innovative thinking to your work
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset, capable of analyzing and solving mildly complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment per guidelines and codes.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Operate company vehicles and maintain maintenance records.
• Repair electrical distribution and plumbing systems as needed.
• Explain technical information clearly to team members and clients.
