Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician in Montgomery, AL to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility HVAC equipment across systems. You will support the Maintenance Department and coordinate with outside contractors while upholding safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 5 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems, EPA 608 Universal certification, and proficiency with Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility HVAC equipment across various systems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor equipment operation, record readings, and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain safety standards by following departmental policies for hazardous materials and workplace safety.
• Coordinate with outside contractors, monitor work quality, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
