Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems across multiple facilities in the Dallas area. The role covers inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs in accordance with codes and safety standards.

Applicants should have 4–5 years of related experience, a high school diploma or trade diploma, and be able to lift heavy loads. Supervisory experience is preferred, and US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• High school or trade diploma with 4-5 years of related experience.
• Prev. shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance per codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot failures and perform repairs on HVAC systems and related electrical/plumbing.
• Complete maintenance records and service reports.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily duties.
• Share HVAC knowledge and coach others within the team.
• Uphold CBRE RISE values and foster consensus.
