Qualifications

• Associate degree or vocational training in electronics, HVAC, or related field with 3 years of field experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, sequences, and applications.
• Proven aptitude in mechanical and electro-mechanical systems.
• Able to use hand tools, power tools and electrical test equipment like a multimeter.
• Proficient PC skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, commission, and maintain HVAC control systems.
• Respond to service and warranty calls using Johnson Controls tools and meters.
• Provide frontline technical and repair support to customers.
• Provide system repair/update recommendations and assist in proposing solutions.
