Qualifications

• Must be a member or willing to join the UA Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry (US/Canada).
• Minimum 3 years of experience on commercial/ducted HVAC products including chillers/AHU/roof units.
• EPA refrigerants license and valid driver’s license required.
• Willing to travel for training and field work.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level service, commissioning and aftermarket support for HVAC systems.
• Identify solutions to improve facility efficiency and upsell where appropriate.
• Prepare quotes for customers and support Service Plus Rewards program.
• Collaborate with local market mechanics and ensure safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers about problems, causes and corrective actions.
