Job summary

Johnson Controls Inc. is seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to support our fast-growing North American HVAC business. You will work on commercial and ducted systems, AHUs, air‑cooled and water‑cooled chillers, and rooftop units.

We provide STA training, tools, uniforms, and a company vehicle with a strong safety culture. You will diagnose, commission, and service systems, while delivering actionable quotes and customer‑focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of practical working experience on commercial or ducted products.
• Experience with air cooled or water cooled chillers, AHUs, or rooftop units.
• Able to repair centrifugal compressors and related components.
• EPA refrigerants license and valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel 10%–20% for training and site support.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service to solve facility inefficiencies and issues.
• Offer solutions at commissioning and aftermarket service, including quotes.
• Write clear problem statements, causes, and corrective actions for customers.
