Job summary

Kirby-Smith Machinery, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment Field Service Technician to operate a mobile service vehicle and perform repairs on-site. This role requires diagnosing equipment issues, repairing various brands of heavy machinery, and maintaining equipment efficiently and profitably.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in field repairs of heavy equipment.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-field repairs on heavy equipment.

• Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain the service vehicle in good condition.

Skills

Experience in diagnosing and repairing construction equipment

Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics

Ability to communicate in English

Furnish and maintain a set of tools

Possess a valid driver's license

Education
