Job summary

Emanate Health is seeking a Mobile Clinic Financial Navigator to assist patients with applying for and maintaining financial assistance, insurance coverage, and public benefits. You will work across community settings, helping reduce financial barriers to care with on-site navigation, education, and follow-up support.

Applicants must have a high school diploma, experience in benefits counseling or health navigation, and be willing to travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting individuals with public benefits, insurance enrollment, or financial navigation.
• Knowledge of Medi-Cal, Covered California, CalFresh, SSI/SSDI, and local assistance programs.
• Strong communication skills; ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supports mobile clinic patients by helping them understand, apply for, and maintain financial assistance, insurance coverage, and public benefits.
• Reduce financial barriers to care by providing on-site navigation, education, and follow-up support in community settings.
• Must be willing and able to travel to multiple sites.
